SERVICE AND CONDITIONS
Parking
Each apartment has one parking spot inside the property which is free of charge.
Sun lounger
There are two sunbeds for each apartment on the terrace.
Apartment maintenance
We charge a cleaning fee of $92 for the final cleaning.
For stays longer than 9 nights, a intermitted cleaning is included.
Towels and linen are included.
Beach towels on request ($4.50 per towel per week).
Electricity
Electricity will be charged depending on consumption.
Water
For each stay we charge $20 for water usage.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 7 nights. Shorter stays on request.
Minimum age
For safety reasons, we have decided to only accept children from the age of 6.
Check-in & Check-out
On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for occupancy from around 3 p.m.
The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
You also have the option to book a late check-out at a price of $45 - ONLY ON REQUEST. You can then use the apartment until you leave for the airport!

We accept Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and Cash (only USD or ANG).

Parties / events are not allowed.
Extra costs
A security deposit of $300 is required in cash or credit card upon arrival. At the end of the stay, the cleaning fee and the costs for the electricity consumed will be deducted from this. The remaining amount will be paid back in cash or by credit card at check-out.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation conditions
For cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to the trip, the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks to one day before arrival, 50% of the accommodation costs will be refunded. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, no accommodation costs will be reimbursed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Holiday accommodation is booked with binding effect when a room, holiday apartment or holiday home has been booked by the guest and confirmed by the landlord/hotelier or made available in the case of short-term bookings. A binding accommodation contract or guest accommodation contract is generally free of form, i.e. also in the case of verbal, especially telephone bookings. Unless the contracting parties have expressly agreed in writing.
If a binding accommodation contract has been concluded, the following applies: booked is booked.
None of the contracting parties can unilaterally withdraw from the concluded contract, regardless of the reasons for cancellation (exception: force majeure). Bad weather, illness and even a death in the closest family circle do not justify a withdrawal from the contract. However, the parties can agree on an amicable termination of the contract at any time. In this case, the landlord/hotelier can demand the agreed or customary rental price from the guest minus the expenses he has saved. The time of withdrawal is irrelevant. Even if the guest cancels the accommodation contract six months before the planned arrival, he remains obliged to pay the agreed or customary rental price. However, the landlord/hotelier must have saved expenses offset against his claim. According to case law, the value of the saved expenses is considered appropriate at a flat rate of 20% for overnight stays with breakfast, 30% for overnight stays with half board, 40% for overnight stays with full board and 10% for renting a holiday apartment or holiday home accepted.
